Tommie Gorman - RIP We're all saddened to hear the news of the death of journalist Tommie Gorman. Tommie was part of the Hinterland Festival just last year talking about his life & career - he was so well liked and respected. Our condolences to his family.

Listened to Linda speak yesterday Hinterland Kells. Over an hour, no notes, in conversation with Gerry Foley. It was such a positive & enlightening experience. There were serious moments of contemplation, there were tears (mine) & there were laughs - I left with hope.

Visited Hinterland Kells and saw at first hand how the arts can lift towns and villages. The cafes and hotels and restaurants were full. The place was buzzing. It was brilliant to see. Festivals like Aspects Festival Open House Festival and Hinterland Kells really make a difference
