Having both of my QBs leave their respective games in the first half with injuries is a fitting conclusion to my fantasy football season. Every week was another QB injury concern.

As a fan of an NBA team that hasn’t picked in the top 4 since 1988, I LOVE this idea. Also intrigued by the March 1 suggestion.

I don’t always agree with Bill, but he’s right about this one. My rule: if the movie could still take place during another time of year, it’s not a Christmas movie. They could be having a Fourth of July party or any other reason for the party, and the movie is basically the same.

How does ESPN not show a replay of a 68-yard pass on 4th-and-15 when it appeared the receiver pushed off to get open? Especially with a timeout immediately after the play?

This right here is two teams that know how to tank. Pacers need to not mess this up tonight - a loss to the Jazz would help two ways.

Anytime my wife starts a sentence with “One of us needs to …” I automatically begin listening to find out what I’m about to do.

So do I do something dumb like stay up until 1 am on a school night to watch the Iowa game? Probably not. So then do I try to go all day tomorrow without learning the result so I can watch tomorrow night? Or do I just say screw it and find out who won when I wake up? #decisions

Deep down tonight I’m hoping that contrary to my typical beliefs, the NBA engages in conspiracies, and the league made the Pacers a wink-wink guarantee that they would finish in the top four of the lottery, making it easy for the Pacers to include that pick in the trade.

I was thinking about the Pacers’ ridiculous fine for allegedly “tanking” when it occurred to me that this could be part of the plan. “Hey, we’re going to fine you for tanking, but don’t worry. It’s just to throw people off the scent so they don’t think we’re doing you favors.” 🤔
