Developmental GTEx is live! NIH is funding an important expansion of GTEx to analysis of gene regulation & genetic effects during human development. Excited to collaborate with Kristin Ardlie François Aguet et al. again! More news coverage will follow next week. genome.gov/news/news-rele…
We have fixed a bug that we believe was causing the performance and reliability issues on the GTEx Portal. We are hopeful that this will resolve the issues that we have been experiencing over the past week. Thank you for your patience.
The single-nucleous gene expression data from Eraslan, et. al., can be visualized on the GTEx Portal on the Gene Page bit.ly/genepage and the Multi-Gene Single Cell Query page: bit.ly/gtexmultiviewer
Kristin Ardlie & Katy Borner welcome input on efforts to fuse GTEx & HuBMAP data! From GTEx: 5,397 tissue blocks from 16 tissue sites regd. into Human BioMolecular Atlas Program (HuBMAP) CCF. All 3D data can be explored via HuBMAP EUI, fused into GTEx Portal. Survey: bit.ly/3z6s6QF NIH Common Fund IU Luddy
Our new GTEx Portal API V2 provides improved validation, support for ontology IDs, support for pagination, and improved documentation bit.ly/3IOIT0C
Open access files for GTEx Portal are stored in public Google Cloud Storage buckets. We will be reorganizing these buckets in Sept 2023. You shouldn't be writing scripts to these buckets, but if you are please update to new buckets adult-gtex and egtex.
We have redesigned our open access file download page and have released a video that demonstrates the new features. GTEx Portal youtu.be/XcwwBzYEOUs
