Pacific Group Resorts, Inc. (PGRI) has made the highest and best final bid, $76 million, to buy Jay Peak following an auction with multiple bidders. The prevailing bid remains subject to approval by the U.S. District Court in FL during a hearing scheduled for Sept. 16, 2022.
