EOD 1;Civil society organizations advocate for climate finance and effective loss & damage mechanisms, emphasizing stakeholder engagement & capacity building.African leaders stress collaboration,resource mobilization, investment in sustainable development to build resilience.

We believe that #LossAndDamage is a #ClimateJustice issue. And we believe that it is beyond Adaptation and Mitigation. As young people, we want to see the funding addressing things that compensate what has been lost and damaged.

Climate Justice for young people should mean accessing #LossAndDamageFund to enhance preparedness for future crises and recovery from past losses. UN Climate Change should define what this fund should look like.
