1/1 Deputy AG: Counsels for the petitioner and the respondent have agreed on the following issues.. #UgPetition16

2/2 Whether there was non compliance wit the provisions of the PEA & the ECA in the conduct of the '16 presidential election. #UGPetition16

3/3 Whether the said election was not conducted in compliance wit the principals laid down in the provisions of the PEA & the ECA

4/4 If issues above r ans'd in the affirmative, whether such a non compliance affected the result of the presidential election substantially

5/5 Whether an offense under PEA was committed in connection wit the election by the 1st respondent wit his knowledge, consent or approval.

6/6 Whether the 3rd respondent, who is the AG, is properly joined as a party to this petition. #UgPetition16
