A great trip to Port Kitchen, it's a nice walk from Hove and we went for lunch! The meal was fantastic, fresh local ingredients and great flavours. It says on the menu not suitable for coeliacs but the staff are trained, quickly responded and made note of allergies when ordering

Another delicious trip to Mon Café in #Hove. Their #glutenfree options are great, loads on the menu! It's BYOB with Mulhollands wine next door, who have lots of #glutenfreebeer available 🍻. Very much one of my favourite restaurants at the moment! #glutenfreehove

A really decent #glutenfree burger from the The Caxton Arms in #Brighton. The bun was great quality, it didn't fall apart and was a decent size! The chips cooked in a separate fryer. They have gf beer PeroniNastroAzzurro too. A nice vibe, friendly staff, great events. #glutenfreebtighton

I really enjoy a #glutenfree #brunch at Modelo Lounge in #Hove. The menu is impressive and I feel safe to eat here as a #coeliac. If you are not aware of The Lounges you must get involved! The staff are great and it has a positive + bright atmosphere. Well worth a visit!

NEWS! We had a great #glutenfree experience at Drury, what a fabulous cafe. Located in Southwick Square. The choice of gf options was amazing, including a selection of homemade cakes which were fantastic. The food was top class, you would not believe it's gluten-free! 😲

NEWS! We had a really nice #glutenfree meal at Regency Restaurant in #Brighton. It's an iconic restaurant with a fantastic location right near the sea. The staff were aware of cross-contamination to make it safe for a #coeliac they double checked the stock and sauces they used etc.

NEWS! We had a trip to #Lewes and visited the ABYSS Brewing Ltd and had the best burger from their food van (BohoBaja)! They have a separate fryer for the chips and did their best to limit any CC. The brewery has 2 fantastic GF beers, it's a brilliant day out, well worth a visit!

NEWS! We tried the gf roast at Haus On The Hill. I went for the pulled lamb and it was really nice, the potatoes were cooked perfectly too! The pub always has #glutenfreebeer on tap and they keep a line free to avoid cross contamination. A really nice pub with good vibes.

NEWS! The Brighton gf experience has just got better! Check out boysterous burgers at the Fountainhead pub. Everything you see in the pictures is gf, this is taking everything to a whole new level. The crispiness of the chicken is spot on and all their batter is gluten free. 😋🤩

NEWS! It was great to visit the Black Lion Pub in #Brighton and discover they have arange of #glutenfree options on their menu including fish & chips! 🐟🍟 When I discussed with the staff about being #coeliac they were really thorough, taking it all into consideration.

NEWS! #GLUTENFREE CHINESE! We had a lovely meal at Gars Restaurant in #Brighton. A great selection of gf food, they use gf soy sauce and will prepare food in a separate area for #coeliacs. The staff are fantastic, lots of delicious food, full of favour, it's well worth a visit!

NEWS! Just outside #Brighton Station you can find Naked Chips a van that has loads of glutenfree chip options (everything's gf except the piri piri seasoning and burger sauce). The chips were top quality, crispy, great value and generous portions. It's perfect while on the move
