It's been exciting to present this research with Jess Leung on the PMR experience at #2021ARAASM. Patient perspectives are key to guiding clinical management and research. What a great weekend listening to innovative research across all areas of Rheumatology in Australia!

A really interesting talk by David Liew that challenges current hypotheses for pathophysiology for ICI-PMR. Useful insights that may inform future understanding of the development of both ICI-PMR and classical PMR. #2021ARAASM

It would be remiss to get through #2021ARAASM without reflecting on the ongoing impact of COVID-19 on healthcare but in particular the impact on rheumatology patients. Great summary of the data so far from Dr Philip Robinson 🇺🇦
