We were learning about the function of the human skeleton today, as well as learning some of the names of bones. We took our learning outside and tried our best to draw a Skelton using chalk! #GBS4science

Yesterday we visited the Roald Dahl Museum and had a great time! We spent time in the Roald Dahl Gallery and participated in a Roman Workshop with the children handling and identifying artefacts, dressing up in Roman garb and practising shield formations! Giles Brook School

We loved learning more about shadows in Science this week. We discovered that shadows can change size and position based on the distance of the object from the light source and how the light source is angled. We demonstrated this with shadow puppets! #gbs4science Giles Brook School
