No matter what sport you play, doing what it takes to win is hard. Weight training, practices, improving speed/agility & mental strength are all hard. It’s also hard to sit the bench. It’s hard to watch others play. It’s very hard to lose. Challenges both ways! Choose your hard!

Great win by our jv's over Gansett yesterday in the gravy bowl 14 - 6. Very clean and respectful game by both sides. Thank you for the pizza supplied by the Casavants after the game. Class act. Thank you to Wes and Jimmy for helping referee the game.

Great night tonight celebrating our senior class. We had the burning of the cleat followed by our traditional Thanksgiving meal at Williams restaurant. Great job done by all. Now let's finish it off with a big win tomorrow night and send these guys off the right way.

Thank you to our senior class for all you have done for the program and myself. It didn't end the way we had hoped but the memories and friendships we made will last forever. Happy Thanksgiving and I look forward to continue to watch and support as you navigate your lives.
