Don't really know what to say. Category 2 ambulance calls include those for suspected heart attacks and strokes. The mean response time in December was 1 hour 32 minutes across England; 2 hours 39 in the South West. The target is 18 minutes.

The managed decline of the NHS since 2010 was always going to end in mass staff vacancies (150,000+), mass avoidable harm, mass migration of staff to countries that value them more & mass industrial action. Negligent oversight, planning & funding have led us to this NHS disaster.

What a ridiculous thing to say. Junior doctors carry the overwhelming weight of NHS work. Quite amazing to have a government that seems frankly to loathe the people they need to deliver on the promises they have made. We see it in schools, police, civil service.
