My parents' bags were lost by Qantas meaning mum has no clothes or Christmas gifts, and grama is without her meds. So much stress trying to deal with them. Anyone has any tips on what to do to speed up this process? Or anyone knows if we'll lose these bags forever? (pls nooo 😢)

Brazilians (or non-English speakers) need to stop saying "sorry" when we don't understand/know how to say something in English. You should rather say "thank you for repeating/understanding me". We shouldn't feel guilty for not perfectly speaking/understanding English
