Fun fact: Back in those days I helped launch The Philadelphia Inquirer on the ol' Bird Site, and Frank Eliason was kind enough to come to an in-person lunch arranged (if memory serves) by Kristen Forbriger and virgo’s groove to talk about things. It was a simpler time!
As I met with Joseph N. DiStefano a Consumer wrote to the Philadelphia Inquirer asking for help with a problem with Bank of America. It was fixed quickly!
