Hi - I'm a veteran cyclist, I've made the easy power gains from training. Aero gains are free speed. Looking to help others with aero knowledge I've gained.

PPPPP - proper preparation prevents poor performance - unfortunately for my event last Wednesday I didn't do that. Position OK on Feedback Rollers but on road it was unrideable. Looks great in the pictures Could only stay in position 30 seconds before things started to hurt .....

I'm going to archive my floataero website and post the articles on BuyMeACoffee - this is just a test to check the mechanics work. I'll probably group things together as a pseudo eBook / portfolio of articles. We'll see how that works out ..... cheers Rob

Something to look out for in tomorrow's ITT at the TdF. Pros usually ride a high stack with their saddle in a similar position to their road bikes. Head and tail wind forecast so maybe some adjustments.
