A great first week for our Firebirds to showcase at Capital this weekend. Many of our student athletes ran personal best to start off the indoor debut! Lots of great things we saw from everyone, but we got work to do to chip away at greatness.

for D1. Garrett Warrell has a 8th place finish running a 57.06 Boys Jumps: The Tonye Brothers had a great field day,(Jr.)  Jackon Toyne leaping 5’10 and tying for 3nd place and  (So.) Cooper Toyne leaping 5’8 and having a 7th place finish .

( Jr) Garrett Warrell has a leap of 20-07 ft and lands in 4th in a tight competition with the winner jumping 20-08. In the Triple Jump (Jr.) Broderick Brittle leaps a 36-08.25 and lands a 4th place finish. Lets continue to work towards greatness Firebirds! #StateStateOfMind

Solid Performance from your Fairmont Firebirds this weekend! Tons of Personal Best performances by multiple athletes. We’re heading into the month of February on a mission to put some big numbers up. Day by day we chip away at greatness!

and Bret Fuller throws for 37’ 9 ½” and a 5th place finish . Fuller throws for a 3rd place finish in the weight throw of 40’ ½” and a 3rd place finish in the weight. Bret Fuller Is currently Oh Milesplit #25 in Weight throw with a Toss of 42-6. Taban Gifford Throws for a 5th

place finish and a 33’5”. In the boys 60mh Broderick, George and Cooper took 1st, 2nd and 3rd in the 60mh. Broderick Brittle is currently Oh Milesplit #43 in Boys DI for the 60mh with a time of 9.01  & #25 in the TJ. George Goodsoon runs a 9.69 and a second place finish (9.27 In

Prelims) and Cooper Toyne captures a 3rd place finish with a 9.86 finish.   Finishing out the day: (Jr. Derrick Antwi Boham has a 4th place finish with a 23.94 in the 200m dash and finishing right behind with a 24.09 was Garrett Warrell and a 6th place finish.

So honored to join such an elite group this weekend!!
