Beware buying a house from Taylor Wimpey no one can give you any idea of a completion date 3 months after exchange and sales team all give you different build updates. Wish we had never bothered, too stressful.

So, another day no closer to our new house, more mis information, last week scaffolding was coming down on the garage ready for the release, today, not enough tiles to finish the garage roof and they wonder why we are so frustrated!! Taylor Wimpey

Another sleepless night worrying about when we will be able to move into the new house and stop throwing money down the drain on a rental. Taylor Wimpey have you over a barrel, give you a build window, fail to deliver on that so just move the dates, simple 😢

We have even said we will move in and wait for the garage roof to be finished Taylor Wimpey but that doesn't seem to be possible. Strange that a friend living nearby says that garages on a later build window appear to be finished, just us then 😥

Phone call was more promising, ok to hand notice in on rental, followed up with ambiguous email with nothing definitive at all so we are back to square 1 with nothing firm to go on again. Will end up homeless before Christmas if we give notice I'm sure Taylor Wimpey
