Indoor Season ✅ Our shuttle hurdle teams closed out our indoor campaign at NBNI. To say it’s been a good season would be an understatement. We cherish our accomplishments but are hungry for more in spring. 😈

Anyone looking to run XC next year in the fall should plan on attending a brief meeting on Monday, June 10th right after school in room 109. We'll go over summer training, sign up dates, and when we'll get started. If you can't make please see Coach Bailey.

The summer youth meets are back! Join the FHS and Tri-county track and field teams as we host three open youth meets beginning on July 9th. The entry fee gets you unlimited events so don’t t miss out. Any current or former track athletes are welcome to volunteer

The FHS and Tri-County T&F teams are hosting their first of three youth track meets on Tuesday, July 9th. Registration and field events start at 5pm and running events start at 6pm. Anyone looking to volunteer their time can show up just before 5pm to help set up.

This weeks schedule: Monday(7/22): 8:00 AM Wednsday(7/24): 7:00 PM Friday(7/26): 8:00 AM Saturday(7/27): 8:00 AM at the Trunkline Trail We will be meeting on the FHS Track every day except Saturday. Remember to stay hydrated!

First day of XC practice tomorrow at 8am. We will meet out by the track rain or shine. Captains/Team leaders should plan to be there 15-20mins early to meet with the coaches briefly.

Great first captains practice for the boys yesterday! The schedule for the rest of the week is as follows: Wednesday 6/25 at FHS Fun Friday 6/27 at FHS Saturday 6/28 at Trunkline Trail Practices will be at 7 am sharp. Don’t run late!
