I’ve been in my new job for nearly 6 months. Not only did I change roles but I also went up to a band 7 after working as a 6 for 20 years. It’s been a hell of a journey and a HUGE learning curve. But I’m actually proud that I stepped out of my comfort zone and learnt so much.
