What a great result for Newcastle today wonder what Eddie has in mind for Chris wood maybe another midfielder or a centre half who knows not a centre forward but a Grafter we shall see.

After watching the cup final I would not swap Newcastles midfield, big Joe is a baby in that position he could become Brazils midfield destroyer for years ,if Willock keeps playing the way he has he will get a chance for England, and Shelvey what a Job Eddie is doing with him .

Another defeat today sees us loose 3 1 to a well organised Whitburn and Cleadon side apart from the first 15 minutes when we were on top Whitburn dominated the game , at freekicks and corners Whitburn are very dangerous and will score goals against most teams . Well done lads.

My God Eddie and his staff do know how to set a team up pure quality today against the European champions in there own back yard. Let’s be honest stone wall penalty , and the goal scorer should not have been on the pitch, very very unlucky lads.

A few comments about yesterday’s game. What we saw was a tough, physical and competitive cup tie with both teams giving as much as they got. Tackles were flying in and no one got hurt and only 2 yellow cards were issued. We would like to thank the opponents for the game.

FC united of Newcastle I follow local football in the north Tyneside area. was at Langdale on Saturday and shocked to see the match abandoned. Why ??? Was a cracking physical game from both teams . More of this please

Unlucky to get beat 3-1 last night against Forest Hall FC, thought we deserved at least a draw. Just like to thank Forest Hall FC for making us welcome, very nice people run the club and a cracking bunch of lads. We’d like to wish them all the best in the future.

First pre season friendly today against @WearmouthCW. Competitive game with Wearmouth coming on top 2-1. Referee (Ian Freeland) had a great game. We wish Wearmouth a safe journey home and a successful season 👍🏻

A good 3 points yesterday against North Shields, but to be honest a draw would of been a fair result as North Shields did not deserve to loose. We would like to wish North Shields the best of luck for the rest of the season!
