Maturity is when you become aware of many things in life that you didn’t know before, and based on that, you come up with different opinions than what you believed 5-10 years ago (could be way less). That’s not hypocrisy، it’s awareness and maturity.

أعتقد الاخ محمد خلط بين “استراتيجية التموضع” و”المنافسة الفعلية”. طيران ناس والخطوط السعودية مثال واضح: رغم اختلاف التموضع (فخامة مقابل سعر)، إلا أنهم يتنافسان على نفس المسافر من الرياض لجدة. نفس المنطق ينطبق على منافسة هاف مليون وستاربكس، كون العميل يختار بينهما لقهوة الصباح.
