73 years old with neuropathy in his hands and feet…before and after video. In just 5 sessions he has made great technical progress with his deadlift (he also now comfortably lifts 35kg 👏🏻). Such a great exercise for strength and balance 💪🏻 #strengthsaveslives #pushnotpull

Good call with the excellent medical cancer care team at Medway Hospital 🏥 Medway NHS Foundation Trust and hear about their further proposals for cancer Prehabilitation service at Medway which I fully support, and I will be making representations to health care commissioners & Gov on this.

Further to meeting with the excellent team at Medway Maritime hospital Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust earlier in the week covering cancer care and Prehabilitative intervention raised their request for funding from ICB Kent and Medway to support their work with Leader of House of Commons.
