i am so lucky to do work i care deeply about.

i submitted my first first author paper today, and the thing that stood out the most is that: learning happens in community. and i am so deeply thankful for the community i have that is helping me to learn.

first first author paper accepted. i'm amongst the heavenly bodies distantly feeling the effects of earth's gravity and deeply thankful for kind collaborators.

sometimes, when i'm having a rough day, i remember this tweet. and then i think of other small ways we can resist structures that only thrive with our participation.

some days you dive deep into datasheets so that you can worry about technical details instead of headlines

the engineering urge to borrow something that's 95% effective, adjust alllll the settings to make it 100% and hand it back not working at all
