The Biden administration and Congressional Democrats tried to implement an EV mandate. Chairman Capito and her Republican colleagues stopped it. Shelley Moore Capito’s full statement here ⬇️

As part of Chairman Shelley Moore Capito’s efforts to stop the EV mandate, the Senate has now passed Senator Deb Fischer’s CRA to protect America’s truckers and the ability to ship goods across the country.

With the passage of Markwayne Mullin’s CRA that would reject overly stringent requirements on diesel engines, elevating the cost of shipping goods, the Senate has now passed all three resolutions under Shelley Moore Capito’s effort to end the EV Mandate.
