In 2021 was 89% van de palmolie verwerkt door de Nederlandse voedingsmiddelenindustrie voor de binnen- en buitenlandse markt duurzaam gecertificeerd (RSPO). Voor de Nederlandse diervoederindustrie was dit percentage 61% in 2021 (3/6)

Eerder dit jaar werd de RSPO door Milieu Centraal verkozen als topkeurmerk. Volgens de onafhankelijke voorlichtingsorganisatie helpen topkeurmerken consumenten om duurzamer boodschappen te doen (4/6)
