The Harlem Meer is a birder’s hot spot with the ospray visitors.
This was the vibe this morning. Great fun to start meeting the “Fall” wave of friendly bird lovers. I’m sure many will be back early tomorrow to see what the Meer provides. 08.25.21 Manhattan Bird Alert , #birdcpp

«Colombia», the Scarlet Macaw. This short video is in Spanish. It’s about a rescued Scarlet Macaw that we met on a trip to the flat plains of Colombia. Her name is “Colombia” and she was rescued from animal smugglers a year ago. She was released in this nature reserve park.
