today has been bleak. feeling lost in a void where nothing changes and no one knows what to do.

it's just like where does the sadness stop? when will mental health services improve enough so that i can get through one year without losing another friend to suicide? it doesn't help either that professionals are just bamboozled as to what to do or how to help. tired of it all

can't believe it's been over a year since i last tweeted. Sasha's inquest hit me so hard, i guess i just avoided Twitter afterwards. a lot has happened since then, some good, mostly bad. i have only spent 4 weeks out of hospital since getting brain damage in July

3 weeks after this my heart went into cardiac arrest after a suicide that nearly took my life. 3 months later i would take an overdose that gave me permanent brain injuries

looking at books i was bought for my birthday back in may. the ward manager wants me to create an art piece for his office and i want some meaningful words on it.

spoke with chief exec again today. by the sounds of it he's considering contracting the first therapist i had here for zoom therapy. this sounds like i'm making headway
