Long week. NHS training this morning in Preston. Brain Story Train the trainer course tomorrow in Blackpool. Researcher training on Thursday (Blackpool). Ending with Peer Facilitator training on Friday (online). Mixed with some workplace data reporting on Wednesday 😮

Managed to film the 1st episode of our new series: Illness is not a Burden; which is a massive achievement, it’s been almost 2 years since I’ve done any recording & it’s been scary. The first few might not be great but 🤞over time they will improve and be a valuable resource.

Downloading this Motivation was just an easy way of boosting my mood throughout the day, but it’s been more than that, and the option to create my own quotes and screensaver was a bonus. I’m not there yet, but 1 day I’ll unleash my inner self. #motivation

Not going to name the awards, but it was aimed at neurodiverse people. Submitted my 2 nominations to be told anything under 550 words won’t be considered. 1-2 pages is ridiculous for most people never mind being neurodivergent. Am I being harsh, or is asking for 550 too much?

When you are used to bringing Batman’s utility belt to situations, it can be extremely difficult to leave it behind and just bring the 1 tool you’ve been asked to bring.
