Took 2 golds in freshman invite and given the 25mph head wind/feel like 25 degree temp was ok'd with my marks. HUGE warm-up again, big foul, and 2 marks just under 98. Couple big meets coming up and looks like weather might break late next week just in time for Saturday.

So broke my collarbone 9 days ago and thought for sure season was over. Welp we got other plans from the Doc today. Go back in 3 weeks and long as we still on this fast healing path I should be able to compete in Conference and State. Doc said it is a perfect heal so far. 🙏

Only 3 teams in the CCC for t&f are undefeated on both sides, Bloomfield, Windsor, and Plainville. To even be mentioned with 2 t&f juggernauts of CT is a honor. Still a lot of work to be done this season.

CCC'S went well considering just came back from a broken collarbone. 106'8" in discus and 5th overall and 1st in South as a freshy. Shot still cant block. Had to complain to meet director cause they removed my final marks for some reason. He said working on it. All-Conference!

Going to take this and build on it. Comeback will be bigger then the setback.

Still struggling with the block in shot but finished 1st for freshman at CCC's yesterday. By June 30th should be a fully cleared and able to hit the finish like I need to.

Good report here on the meet. Meet Director did fix standings as Plainville girls finished 9th.

CT girls discus will need to hit roughly 105' to have a shot at Opens. That is about 12-13' further then last year. Have to dig deep!

I got my money on just some guy from the smallest state on the map

Finally not dropping the left hitting the middle of the circle. Happy it was the left collarbone but still affected me in the circle.Threw a BIG practice PR today of 123' in discus. Stayed long and hit the high point just right. Goal is New Englands next year. 2 more summer meets

Wish I could've thrown hammer at CCSU yesterday but not fully cleared until this Tuesday. Back to soccer games and hammer throw. I got one shot on 9/2 at 12th rock with the hammer. Pushing for 115-120.
