Today I met with IFUT - Mary Immaculate College to hear the experiences of precarious employment in higher education in Limerick. I am absolutely shocked at the exploitative labour within our 3rd level colleges in Limerick. If we want students to learn than we need academic staff on a living wage 📚

Today we completed the Safe Access Zones legislation in the Seanad @oireachtasnews. It'll now go to President of Ireland for his consideration.

My thanks to colleagues in Dáil and Seanad and many NGO groups for assisting in getting this legislation completed.
