Students are spreading holiday cheer by crafting cards for Pine Haven Nursing Home.

Kindergarteners are learning about holidays around the world. Last week, they took a flight to Sweden to learn about St. Lucia Day.

FEBRUARY is “I Love to Read Month!” Mrs. Yolch & Mrs. English’s class kicked it off with Principal Josh Westphal as their first Mystery Reader! They will be having surprise readers all month long.

4th graders wrote an essay on how to make and play flick football this week.

This morning kindergarteners enjoyed a special Valentine’s Day brunch.

Kindergarteners played Valentine "Minute to Win it" games yesterday.

Huge shoutout to Pine Island PTO for their incredible support with the We Like To Move It Panther Run fundraiser! Students smashed the goal and turned Mr. Westphal into a human sundae on Thursday. Today, they glowed up with a fantastic glow run!

Many thanks to Boy Scout leader Mr. McCauley for teaching our LEGO club builders how to create fast LEGO derby cars. The kids had a great time racing!

4th graders attended River Bend Nature Center today. They learned about outdoor survival by: -building shelters -using a striker to start a fire -learning how to use a compass
