The reason Estonia has developed from almost zero to the global top in a couple of decades is democracy. Digitalization is the great equalizer. Trust comes from trustworthy reliable public services and we've adapted technology to benefit our society. #SummitForDemocracy

What are the threats to democracy in our digital space? Estonia, Microsoft, Facebook and Google tackle some of the issues in a discussion panel led by Oliver Dowden. My message is that private-public cooperation is crucial for us to adapt to new tech challenges such as AI.
