Friend’s antique shop opened today, so I drove halfway across the country to support him. Meant I needed coffee and tea! Sent the photo of the card to my work bestie - we eye roll together in meetings 🤣 #4for40

London day: tour around Parliament (highly recommend), followed by the Cartier exhibition at the V&A (also recommend - and half price because I used my Art Fund card!) #4for40

School this morning for results, then off to RHS Wisley for the afternoon #4for40

Day out at Hever Castle - great wander around and then watched the jousting! #4for40

Lovely day! Early coffee, walked past the preparation for a Hindu procession, watched some Downton Abbey and sat in the garden #4for40

Popped to see an open garden and art studio for the National Garden Scheme - lovely garden and delicious coffee and cake! #4for40

Had a nice walk this evening on the way back from yoga. A teacher friend sent me the badge picture and said it summed us both up 🙈🤣 #4for40

Had the most marvellous morning at Sarah Raven’s open garden in Perch Hill. Food for the soul - so many dahlias!! #4for40

2 week October half term is the best of the year - a proper time to recharge in the middle of the busiest term….Nice and Ironbridge: very different, but both equally perfect!!
