My local pool has a system called SwimTag. It records your session, recognises different strokes, records paces. Recognises sets, reps and recoveries. But you don't need to press any buttons. Wonder if there is a watch that does the same? Anyone? #watchwanker

Triathletes out in force at the Leicestershire County XC Champs with an excellent battle between Gemma Steel and livvy mathias with Gemma finally pulling away for the win. And strong run by Katrina Matthews (née Rye) for the final podium spot. Great racing ladies 👊🏼👊🏼
