Today's #FlyBaseTweetorial goes out to the user who wanted to know how to find a cDNA for a specific #transcript_isoform at #DROS23. We showed him the hard way to do it, and remembered the easy way a few minutes later. FlyBase user studying kayak, this is for you. (1 of 2)

PANGEA allows single or multiple lists of genes to be computationally compared against various gene sets, like GO annotation and Reactome pathways. PANGEA includes many gene sets not available in other enrichment tools.

We've added a new graphical display for the Fly Cell Atlas single-cell RNA-Seq data, found in the “High-Throughput Expression Data” subsection of the Expression section of Gene Reports. This new graph shows how a gene is expressed across the major cell types of the adult fly.

Drosophila community friends - please help spread the word for nominations for the Elkins Memorial Lecture at the 2023 Cold Spring Harbor Neurobiology of Drosophila Meeting. It’s a great opportunity to support and recognize our graduate student colleagues in the field!
