Ravi Nayyar Medicine still oversubscribed in the UK. Supply of people willing to start not (currently) an issue but turnover & poor staff retention is a huge problem. And the “churn” has consequences beyond the loss of numbers alone. When staff go you lose their experience & expertise too.
