Chaired a review meeting at Raj Bhavan with the PR&DW Department, attended by Minister Shri Rabinarayan Naik. I recommend a study on Gram Panchayats and revenue villages to assess scope for increasing their numbers for stronger decentralisation and improved service delivery.
