Dynamic lower body day before #HaloWC. Nice and springy. I take my runners and combat athletes through a similar setup. Warmup: SkiErg duos relay: 30s/30s x 5 rounds Foam Roll glutes and quads, ~ 1 min Movement: A1. Kettlebell swing, double leg x 15 A2. Snap down box jump x 10

Yea, super boring but a base of fitness nets the best return for injury “prevention.” And static stretching doesn’t solve for building a base of fitness all that much.

Follow up on the weight loss: I’m under 230 lbs now! I’m down ~80 lbs from 310 starting in March 2023, about a pound a week for a year and a half or so :D Originally I wanted to get to 250 @ 15% bodyfat, but I may change my goals up a bit and go lighter to 225 and less BF%.
