What a wonderful 1st day back to school! I had the honor of visiting 10 of our schools today. Seeing kids back in schools and supporting administrators (both new and veteran) makes this a meaningful role. Looking forward to getting to most of the remaining schools tomorrow!

Learning with 1st graders at Point Elementary School today. The classroom focus was early numeracy skills. Watching six year olds do and explain how they solve math can be a lesson in patience but it is such a great experience to see how they process and how they grow. #msdr9
