During Q&A, Coach Magpayo mentioned “efficiency” as a teams most important traits and delegating roles to staff. Each assistant will focus on a specific role (offense, defense, rebounding, fundraising). Will do a training session at 7 am tomorrow with current players on campus.

He wants to be here and he wants to succeed and from yesterday’s press conference, he’s working long hours and through the night on trying to get prepared for summer training in a few months. Truly respect the hustle at the moment and hoped the practice this morning went great!

The NBA is such a bad product. Some of these games in the eastern conference finals were tolerable, but this one tonight is awful. Chucking 3s, outlet dunks after misses, bad turnovers. I feel like Pacers run in a circle and then make 3 passes to a 3 point shot. It’s not fun!
