A branded car violating the one way street in Gulu is pushed to reverse to the end of the street. And the arrogance of the drive!

Bea and I would like to thank the Rotary Club of Gulu City for this gift in defence of the environment. In lieu of gifts they have chosen to carry out the noble act of planting one acre of trees at the nearby Coopil Primary School which near the reception venue in our village.

GKO Security at Cancer Institute in Koro 29/7 12:50pm. Guards on phone, not alert. When I mentioned how they could first put aside their phones while attending to visitors, one of them says 'I dont care!' How is the safety of such a sensitive facility left in their care?
