If I could give one piece of advice for leadership, It’s this. Hubris creates a toxic work environment. Trust creates a healthy work environment. Lean toward trust and away from excessive pride.

@flowerqueers It shouldn’t be on students to jump through so many hoops when the system has been intentionally designed by administrators. These barriers are detrimental to students. Other districts have way easier systems.
