All Magento 2.4.5 code was updated from self-closing tags to separate opening & closing tags. Without this update, JavaScript errors occur & cause your Knockout tags to not render! This update is backwards-compatible 👍 Get Snippets in your inbox at bit.ly/3yoawbi

As you upgrade #Magento sites to 2.4.5, be aware the updated JS libraries no longer allow self-closed tags like `<div ... />` in Knockout templates. (Same for span, br, and special elements text, each, translate, render, ...) This is likely to affect checkout customizations.
