This wire has been down since Ian came to visit. I'm-not sure, but I'm pretty sure this is why I have been without service for the last 14 days. I have tried calling almost daily and can never speak to a person. Xfinity

Saturday I went into your store and the nice man there created a ticket for my house. My neighbors have service, but still I wait. Then to rub salt in the wound you all emailed me yesterday that you received my payment for services I am not receiving. Xfinity

Just wanted to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to Xfinity Support (esp. Cutis) for helping me Wednesday get information to the company about my cable being out after Ian. Your tech was here this afternoon for about 30 minutes and I now have service. WHOO HOO!

Really looking forward to City of Sarasota coming to pick up the storm debris in my neighborhood and yard.

Hoping on day 20 after Hurricane Ian will be the day City of Sarasota clears away our debris. We are only 10 minutes from downtown.

Maybe today? Day 21 since Ian /Day 7 (according to the map) of working in in Zone 4-B. City of Sarasota
