A2 Yes definitely – I find the days when I do go into the office more restful! It’s a change of pace and scene. Time to travel feels like a luxury. It’s very tempting to do a Columbo: “just more one thing”. It’s vital to set boundaries and switch off and lead by example #AXSChat

A3 I really missed seeing people. It is lovely when I now do. But remote working has also been good – reduced travel for me means less fatigue, more sleep! I find a mix suits me best but what works for me may not for you. It’s going to take time to all find our way. #AXSChat

I say this as a person with depression - which I talk about a lot (too much?!) but also a rare type of blood cancer. Main symptom is fatigue. I called it my "imaginary illness" but maybe not. Sleep is the dream (sorry) #AXSChat

A4 Badly! Apologising to people for missing things! I keep up with email but LinkedIn, Twitter, WhatsApp, text… it’s too much. When I am disciplined I try to do things in chunks of time rather than get distracted but it’s not easy. The pull of the ping is hard to resist #AXSChat

A5 Yes – there are no gaps! I joke my diary looks like Tetris. I try and schedule breaks and exercise and dog walks. Or just sit in the garden for 5 mins. I am sure the quality of some of the decisions we make at the end of a day of calls is not the best – less is more #AXSChat

A6 Re: tech workers. So sad, appalling, I have no words. We need to take time to ask people how they really are. We need to be honest when people ask us too. I’ve struggled recently. We need to be kinder to each other and to #SlowDown. We can only change things together #AXSCHAT

A6.1 (cheating) I think we need a global movement to #SlowDown and change the pace. Just because we can go faster, should we? Who really benefits? Who wins? We need a much more considered approach about what we need and when. We’ve done it with plastic bags. #SlowDown #AXSChat
