In a world that sometimes feels too much, goodness still grows. Thankful to find some in my own backyard this morning.

Okay, Twitter. Give me your favorite Christmas songs or song arrangements. I'm looking specifically for some that are less well known. (I know it's a bit too early in this season to be asking this question, but I'm planning our church's Christmas service, so humor me here.)

Nothing like the combo of a crisp fall day AND the smell of lilacs for a mental boost. Can someone please explain this to me, though? I’ve never heard of other lilacs blooming again in the fall.

Yesterday while teaching Sunday school, I said "leprechauns" instead of "lepers." It took an endearing and gracious amount of time before someone gently clarified to clear up the confusion. Ha!
