1st Musselburgh Scouts are back face to face scouting and had a blast and so did I East Lothian District Scouts South East Scotland Scouts so good to see those neckers on again !!

Yes it was great to take a pause to reflect on all that has been achieved in this last scouting year ..... despite the many challenges presented !!

Today I was visiting 1st North Berwick Beavers having the very best of outdoor scouting fun ...and had the privilege in presenting a Woodbadge to Caroline Danks and a Chief Scouts 5 years service award to Laura Hill #scouting at its very best !! I had a fantastic visit to 1st Aberlady Beavers on Monday night to invest 11 Beavers and say goodbye to 3 who swam up to Cubs !! Congratulations everyone!!@scoutsEL

Had such a wonderful visit to 1st Musselburgh Scout camp this weekend despite the weather and being “soft”underfoot - they were having lots of fun,learned lots about themselves and some newsskills too well done Scouts and leaders you have all been fantastic East Lothian District Scouts South East Scotland Scouts

We spoke about Remembrance, Armistice and why the 11th hour of the eleventh day of the 11th month was so significant before making a poppy display along the windows down the side of the hall .
