To finish off Healthy Me Week, Year 6 made a healthy snack, falafel. The children demonstrated brilliant team work and used their maths ratio skills to alter the recipe. To finish off they then wrote out these beautiful recipe cards. Well done Year 6. Emma Hardy Smith @ St.Anne’s

Year 4 had a massive challenge today. The crew had to learn a song in Swahili - the Kenyan Greeting song. It was so lovely to hear them having a go at a song from another country! Debbie White Emma Hardy Smith @ St.Anne’s

Show and tell was definitely memorable today, the year 4 crew got to see a snakes’ skin! It was interesting to discuss how the shedding of skin links in with our learning enquiry about ‘How do animals survive?’.

I just couldn’t choose a single hot choc champ this week, so I had to pick 2! Year 4’s hot choc champs were chosen for their efforts to always make the right choice and for their enthusiasm and passion for music and dance! Well done 🤩

Year 4 have had a super exciting week wrapping up their young leaders award. They have worked so hard creating homemade goodies to sell. They raised a total of £127 for Secret World’s Wildlife Rescue! Great work year 4! Emma Hardy Smith @ St.Anne’s Archbishops' Young Leaders Award
