2022 I got sick. I twisted my ankle being on call and needed a cast for 3 weeks. I was punished for being sick, my SMO called me to ask if I was really sick, called the preppy Dr to ask why he gave me 3 weeks . Did 5 calls in a space of 8 days bc I was sick and couldn’t walk
