Morning habits: drink water caffeine (pre workout) 1 hour workout (prior to work) 1-3 minute cold water exposure (sucks every time) 5-10 meditation (prior to work) while doing intermittent fasting 8-16 (eating window: 12PM-8PM) I feel great everyday.
