The Resource Center Dallas hosted a groundbreaking May 12 to celebrate their new Oaklawn Place 84-unit senior housing complex. The project will be available to seniors 55+, and is 100% affordable. City Council approved $5.4M for the project. Grand opening is slated for June 2024
